南方英特空調有限公司成立于2000年11月，是由澳大利亞空調國際熱能系統（AITS）和中國長安汽車集團有限公司（CCAG）合資組建的綠色環保、高舒適性的車用熱管理系統的研發、生產、銷售企業，總部位于重慶渝北空港工業園區。
公司現在擁有重慶本部工廠、南京工廠、北京工廠三個生產基地，主要客戶為長安、長安福特、長安馬自達、長安標致雪鐵龍、廣汽、一汽、東風、吉利和長安鈴木等公司。
公司現有員工700余名，其中工程技術人員占比在25%以上。目前擁有重慶工程技術中心、上海和日本廣島工程技術分中心，在擁有強大的本地化技術團隊的基礎上，同時充分利用澳大利亞空調國際熱能系統的全球技術資源，積極參與長安、福特、馬自達等客戶的全球同步開發,為客戶提供綠色環保、高舒適性的車用熱管理系統。
公司憑借強大的研發能力，完善的質量管理體系，得到了客戶及社會的高度認可，連續多年榮獲長安汽車“優秀供應商”獎、長安馬自達“優秀供應商”獎、長安福特“優秀供應商”獎，并成為長安汽車QCA2.0供應商、福特Q1供應商及馬自達戰略供應商，同時順利通過了第三方IATF16949質量體系認證、ISO14001環境體系認證、OHSAS18001職業健康安全管理體系認證、試驗室CNAS認證、國家級兩化融合管理體系認證等。

South Air International Conditioning Co., Ltd (SAI), founded in November 2000, is a joint venture between Air International Thermal Systems Australia (AITS) and China Changan Automobile Group Corporation (CCAG) for the development, manufacture and sale of environmentally friendly, high comfort performance automotive thermal management systems. Our headquarters is located in the Airport Industrial Park of Yubei District, Chongqing.
SAI has 3 manufacturing bases, namely Chongqing Yubei plant, Nanjing plant, Beijing plant. Our main customer base includes Changan Motors, Changan Ford, Changan Mazda, CAPSA, Guangzhou Auto, FAW, Dongfeng,Geely and Changan Suzuki.
SAI has more than 700 employees, of which more than 25% are engineering and technology staffs. At present, we have three R&D centers: Chongqing Engineering and Technology Center, Shanghai Engineering Center and Hiroshima (Japan) Engineering office. With a strong localized engineering team, coupled with AITS’s global support, we actively participate in the global synchronous development of environmentally friendly, high comfort performance automotive thermal management systems for Changan Motors，Ford, Mazda and other OEMs.
With her strong R&D capability, and well established quality management system, SAI has been highly recognized by customers and society. We won the Changan Motors "Excellent Supplier" Award, Chang' an Mazda "Excellent Supplier" Award, and Chang 'an Ford "Excellent Supplier" Award for many years，And we are Changan QCA2.0 accredited, Ford Q1 accredited, and is Mazda’s strategic supplier. Also, SAI has successfully achieved IATF16949 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) laboratory, and National level model enterprise in Informationization and Industrialization management system certifications.
